Frequently asked questions

How much does a renovation in Lloret de Mar cost?

It depends on the size, the condition of the property and the materials. That's why we come and see it, free and with no obligation, and give you a written quote.

Can I ask for a quote on WhatsApp?

Yes. Send us photos of the job and the town, and we'll give you a first idea before we visit.

Do you handle the plumber and the electrician?

Yes. We coordinate every trade and you only deal with us.

What about town hall permits?

It depends on the job. We handle them with you or take care of them ourselves, whichever you prefer.

Do you give a guarantee?

Yes. The guarantee for the work is set out in writing in the quote.

Can you do the work if I don't live here?

Yes. We keep the keys during the work and send you progress photos on WhatsApp.

Got a project in mind?

The quickest way: send us a few photos on WhatsApp and tell us which town it's in. We reply within 24 hours.
