Questions about full renovations
How much does a full renovation in Lloret de Mar cost?
It depends on the size, the condition of the plumbing and electrics and the materials you choose. We visit the property free of charge and give you a written quote.
How long does it take?
Every job is different. If you need them, we agree start and finish dates and put them in writing.
Do I need a town hall permit?
It depends on the job. We tell you what's needed and handle it with you, or take care of it ourselves.
Can I choose the materials and kitchen units myself?
Yes. We can supply them or fit the ones you choose, whichever you prefer.
